Are you good with numbers and looking to work for a fast-paced family-run company based right here in Norwich? If so, we’ve got some great news! Loveless Cook Blinds are currently recruiting a full-time accounts administrator, it’s a hands-on role and you will be involved in a wide array of duties. We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with current or recent experience of the main accounting functions. You’ll also need to have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant’s responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer and supplier ledgers.
  
• Reconciling customer accounts and processing credit account applications.
  
• Entering customer payments onto the computer system and allocating to customer accounts. 
  
• Issuing monthly statements.
  
• Credit control. 
  
• Ensuring accounts are paid in good time. 
  
• Chasing up outstanding debts.
  
• Weekly banking. 
  
• Processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier statements and processing payment runs.
  
• Handling customer and supplier invoice and payment queries and disputes.
  
• Providing an efficient telephone answering service: dealing with and directing calls as appropriate.
  
• Handling of petty cash. 
  
• General accounting tasks.

Our ideal applicant will have:

• Experience of Sage Line 50, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
  
• Excellent communication skills. 
  
• A willingness to learn new processes and methodologies. 
  
• The ability to be a team player within a small team.
  
• A keen eye for detail.

This is a full time permanent position and we are looking for an immediate start, someone with a short notice period or availability would be ideal.
