As we head into the busiest stretch of the year, we want to make sure all our trade customers have everything they need to plan ahead. Below is a straightforward run-through of the key dates for pre-Christmas manufacturing, delivery schedules and when our team will be taking their Christmas break.

If you’re working on jobs that need to be completed before the holidays, it’s worth taking a moment to check the dates and get orders in as early as you can. We’ll be doing everything we can to keep things moving smoothly during the seasonal rush.

Pre-Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

As the festive season approaches, please take note of our cut-off dates for pre-Christmas delivery:

• We’re still working towards completing Roller and Vertical orders in time for Christmas, but the sooner orders are placed, the better.
• Please note: Laminated Roller Blinds are now closed for pre-Christmas production.

• With tapes & a specified side control: Saturday 6th December
• Standard controls, no tapes: Thursday 18th December (5pm)

Demand has been extremely high, and we’ve now reached full capacity for pre-Christmas work.

• 25mm, 35mm & 50mm: Thursday 11th December

• Thursday 11th December

• Standard, Perfect Fit Pleated & Shaped Pleated: Friday 5th December

• Thursday 11th December

• Friday 19th December

• Friday 5th December

Wholesale Curtain Tracks & Workroom Accessories

If an item isn’t already in stock in our warehouse, the last date we can place a supplier order is Wednesday 17th December.

Friday 19th December, depending on stock availability.

• Metropoles (Straight): Friday 12th December
• Metropoles (Bay Track): Wednesday 10th December
• Electric Track (Straight): Wednesday 10th December
• Electric Track (With Bends): Friday 5th December

We keep a good selection of Silent Gliss items on hand, so feel free to call if you need something checked.

Van & Courier Deliveries

• Tuesday 23rd December
• Orders need to be placed before 4:30pm on Monday 22nd December

• Tuesday 23rd December
• Orders must be in before 12:30pm on Monday 22nd December

Christmas Closing & Reopening

Our team will be taking a well-earned break over the Christmas period.

• Closing: Tuesday 23rd December 2025
• Reopening: Monday 5th January 2026 at 8:00am

If you’ve got work lined up for early January, it’s a good idea to double-check stock and lead times before we close. It’ll help make sure everything’s ready to go as soon as we’re back.
