10 Spring DIY Ideas to try this Easter WeekendPosted 24/03/2016
Easter is early this year, and the long Easter weekend means we can all get ahead of our spring cleaning. If you want to get organised and get creative this Easter weekend, we’ve got 10 great spring DIY ideas to inspire you.

1. It’s Easter – you can’t go wrong with some Easter egg decoration.

2. When you’ve used the eggs, don’t let the egg carton go to waste. Use it to make an egg carton flower wreath.

3. Make flower tealight holders with crepe paper.

4. Or if you’re feeling a bit more ambitious, make them with plaster.

5. Freshen up your window dressings with some gorgeous spring blinds, blind trimmings and blind pulls.

6. If you want your garden to be filled with birdsong this spring, this pretty tea cup bird feeder should do the trick.

7. Give your flowers a fun place to grow by making a DIY colander planter â€“ perfect even if you don’t have a garden.

8. Get a headstart on your spring cleaning by making some neon nonslip clothes hangers.

9. And while you’re in an organising mood, turn your power cords into something pretty.

10. Get inventive and find a new use for old things. This rake kitchen utensils rack isn’t old – it’s vintage!

We hope these spring DIY ideas have inspired you to get creative this Easter weekend. If you’re working on a DIY project this Easter, let us know! We’d love it if you sent us your photos on Facebook or on Twitter at @LCBWholesale.

And don’t forget, if you’d love to DIY a new pair of blinds or curtains but don’t have the time, Loveless Cook Blinds offers a full made to measure service. (And you can still tell everyone you made them yourself!)
